Dear SDVPB Team,

Warm greetings from the 2026 World Friends Korea IT Volunteers Program Secretariat.

We are pleased to inform you that Sustainable Development for Vulnerable People in Bangladesh (SDVPB) has been officially selected for this year’s 2026 WFK IT Online Volunteer Program.

We sincerely appreciate your interest in our program and look forward to successful collaboration.

[Volunteer Team Assignment]

We are also pleased to inform you that the volunteer team for your organization has been selected and assigned.

As part of the next steps, we would like to introduce the volunteers who will work with Sustainable Development for Vulnerable People in Bangladesh for this year’s online volunteer activities.

Please find below the contact information for each volunteer.

Team Name: BangLink

Role Korean Name English Name E-mail
Team Leader 이승균 LEE SEUNGKYUN leesk115@naver.com
Team Member 정준호 JEONG JUNHO jeongjunho3560@gmail.com
Team Member 정승연 JEONG SEUNGYEON sycess10@gmail.com
Team Member 김아령 KIM ARYEONG arjopgood@naver.com

[Next Step]

The volunteer team will contact you soon via email, WhatsApp, or other preferred communication channels to discuss the details of the online volunteer activities.

[Activity Period]

According to the schedule submitted in your application form, your organization indicated its preferred activity period.

However, the final activity period must be arranged within the overall program period from July 13 to August 14, 2026.

The specific start and end dates may be adjusted through mutual discussion between your organization and the assigned volunteer team, depending on the local situation and class schedule.

In general, we recommend preparing the activities as a four-week course within the above period.

If your organization has any specific scheduling needs, please discuss them directly with the assigned volunteer team so that the final schedule can be arranged within the overall program period.

[Online Learning Environment]

As this is an online volunteer program, the learning environment is especially important for the quality of the activities.

We kindly ask you to share the actual and realistic conditions of the training environment with the volunteer team.

Accurate information on the number of trainees, available devices, internet speed, webcam and microphone availability, class location, and trainees’ English and ICT proficiency will help the volunteers prepare appropriate class materials and avoid difficulties during the program.

[Discussion Based on the Application Form]

Although your organization has already submitted initial information through the application form, we kindly ask you to further discuss and confirm the specific details and practical arrangements for the actual classes with the volunteer team.

The information submitted in the application form will serve as an important basis for planning the activities, but the final class plan may be further adjusted through discussion between your organization and the volunteer team.

In addition, if there are any additional training needs or activity ideas beyond the initial application form, they may also be discussed with the volunteer team.

Within the volunteers’ available capacity and preparation scope, your organization and the volunteer team may work together to refine the training topics, class format, and cultural exchange activities in a way that best fits the local needs and learning environment.

[Items to Discuss with the Assigned Volunteer Team]

We would appreciate your cooperation in discussing and confirming the following matters with the assigned volunteer team:

·       Final activity period, including start and end dates

·       Detailed class schedule, including specific days, time slots, and total class hours

·       Expected number and detailed profile of trainees

·       Trainees’ actual ICT knowledge level and English proficiency

·       Preferred training topics and detailed educational needs for the specific classes

·       Availability of local coordinators, interpreters, or support staff

·       Online class environment, including devices, internet connection, webcam, and microphone

·       Any materials, equipment, or local preparations required for the activities

·       Possibility of organizing a cultural exchange program

[Training Topic]

Although AI was selected as the preferred training topic in the application form, the volunteer team may further discuss the actual educational needs of your trainees.

We would appreciate your support in helping the team understand the trainees’ interests, ICT level, and learning environment so that they can design a practical and meaningful online training program.

Once again, thank you for your participation in the 2026 WFK IT Online Volunteer Program.

Should you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the Secretariat at any time.

Warm regards,
